Purchased a shower enclosure from Victorian Plumbing which must have even the worst experience possible Firstly had problems with organising the delivery date which ended with part order being delivered two weeks before the remainder was delivered Then it was found that One part was the wrong size so tried to contact someone to talk to reported the problem which we have received 7 Ended with ordering a replacement part which had to be paid for and was told it was my responsibility to return the wrong part at my own cost even though the carrier used was delivery could have picked up when delivering Sorry we are very busy but someone will contacted you without 5-7 days first one was dated 5 weeks ago and still no contact It would seem that the coronavirus accounts for everything including poor customer relations Would advise anyone to source anything from local sources
