Pacific Capital Finance (PCF).I applied for financing. They ask for a processing fee. Before approving my request, via an ACH Debit to my bank account, they prematurely withdrew the processing fee of $495.00. I also applied for financing elsewhere and they approved by application sooner than PCF. Thus, I canceled my request with them and ask for a refund of my $495.00. That was back on 11-21-18. To this date, 12-20-18, they have not yet returned my $495.00. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
