UPS damaged my parcel, it arrived torn and contents damaged. It has been 6 weeks and UPS has not done anything about that! I sent photos, and all required information but nothing happened. Even if you lodge a comment and a claim on their sight, you get nowhere. UPS, please address this matter and do not be dishonourable and untrustworthy company. If anyone can help, please advise. UPS shame on you!
