Homebase.Ordered a lawn mower on line 29th July 2021.Paid for delivery . Order emailed to me confirming delivery date of 2nd August.Waited all day, no delivery.Contacted Homebase customer services who said it would take 2 days to contact the courier! No mention of whne the mower would be delivered.To get my money back I have to wait for the item to be delivered, then drive a round trip of over 20 miles to the nearest depot , who, hopefully will refund me.A 'don't care '' attitude. Poor service and in honesty, a lie when they said a certain date for delivery.Don't use Homebase
