Received a wrong item instead of the laptop I had purchased, I returned the wrong item and it was received on May 10th. They have not processed a refund yet, although I have contacted 10 Amazon agents so far ( Now, July 24th!), clarifying the absurd situation I am in! They keep responding by saying that "we are waiting to receive the correct item, to be able to process the refund!" The correct item that I had not received in the first place!
