I am writing this about the poor customer service, trying to speak to an advisor for the past 2 days being on hold over an hour at a time with nobody answering. It is a complete disgrace. Your not telling me there is nobody answering the phones Well Prodential insurance, what a complete disgrace. How is anybody supposed to speak to you. Definitely not a happy customer 😕.
