The merchandise was shipped from their facility after 10 days, and arrived 24 days from the date of purchase. The merchandise was a rug, very poor quality; slippery hazard, look like more a light blanket, the color has 3-4 time less shades than the pictures showed in the website. It is not accepted for return because their own policy time period is shorter than their delivery process. No phone numbers, the address is for the corporation in Singapore and the for the delivery address in a name with the last name initial in Illinois USA. I am looking for authorities who can protect consumers from this kind business.
