As an existing member of domestic and general I tried to ring Customer Service up to add another product to my plan the person on the other side from domestic and general took my details and confirmed my existing plan and when I asked to add Apple Watch on she did not have a clue so she put me on hold to find out I waited for over 10 minutes before I ended up putting the phone down this is not the first time I have had problems with domestic and general I have had numerous problems I tried to find an email where I could complain and I was struggling that’s why I have had to come to trust pilot to complain about domestic and general they used to be very good but day by day they are getting worse
