I’m having an issue with Boiler Juice. My late partner & I had an account with Boiler Juice our account has over £300:00 pounds in it. Despite having sent my partner death certificate & probate form 3 times since November 2021 Boiler Juice are refusing to either refund the money or supply oil to the value of £300:00.Losing someone suddenly is very distressing without company’s like Boiler Juice making more difficult.If someone at trustpilot could offer any assistance in resolving this matter it would be very much appreciated.Regards Cathryn Hamshaw
