VODAFONE.Only giving one star as zero is not available. I closed my mobile phone account with them nearly 3 years ago with nothing owing and had this confirmed. A month later they added a line rental charge on and issued a default which I only found out about yesterday when enrolling on Experian. After spending a total of 3 hours on the phone having to jump through hoops trying to answer security questions such as "when was your contract originally taken out" or when was your last payment" they accepted liability and are now issuing a correction notice and clearing off the adverse credit. The worst mobile phone company. I cannot shout it loud enough. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
