I recently purchased an 6 months Xbox live gold card for my kids at Argos in GuisboroughI typed in the redeem code on the back of the card. But unfortunately the screen said the card was not active.I look it back to Argos to see if they could activate the card.Unfortunately both staff members were poorly trained and didn't know what to do.I then asked for a refund or a replacement card.They both refused and said that I need to contact Microsoft.As I pointed out to them both I bought the card from Argos not Microsoft so I would expect that they contact Microsoft and in the meantime give me a refund.Shocking service I will never return.
