Never buy from meantimet. At the beginning of December 2022 I purchased boots from this company and did not receive them until 30/01/23. After continued correspondence with them my tracking number could not be found. They refused to take responsibility, stating the courier was to blame. They were not personally delivered but left on my doorstep overnight. I found them by accident. On arrival they were two sizes too big. I ordered size 5.5 UK and they sent me size 8. They argued they had sent the correct size which they did not. What reason do I have to lie? They then offered £3.00 compensation which was a joke and an admittance they were wrong then told me to give them to a friend. The cheek of them. They have stated they have done everything to helpTell me please, what have they done? I am now left with a far too big size 8 boot and lost £24.99 in the process. My advice, don't go near them x
