Amazon awful customer service, ordered item on 13th didn't receive in two days stated delivery. Spoke to agent 3 days later, I was told to wait another two days and I would get help. Ordered from 3rd party seller which was not highlighted when buying to be told amazon has to make a claim, tried reaching out to seller did basically everything amazon said and still everyday the parcel says on system deliver today by 8pm by end of the day it says can't deliver this has been going on since 13th. It is now 22nd got in touch with amazon only to be told I have to go through this process all over again even though I already have to claim for my money back refusing refund today. Even though states in there policy they will guarantee refund. Also was assisted by two agents that couldn't do there job hafifa and vijay. Thought it was funny to keep passing me on as they didn't like what I was saying. Although Michel was pleasant I still have not got this resolved. Absolutely awful experience and I don't know how long it will take to get my order or even my money back. Failed to tell customers about third party sellers.
