I am writing to you about an ongoing issue I have with Vanilla Visa. I have contacted this company multiple times beginning in November 20 2023.In each contact they have apologized and ensured me that my case has been red flagged and escalated. My last call was Sunday February 4th. Again they asked me to give them several days to respond. I have complied with all of the requirements of a Vanilla Visa replacement or refund. This was a simple refund or replacement that should have been resolved months ago. I am hoping you can help me because this company has been absolutely negligent.
