I was recommended Complete ASAP and they were fantastic. Competitive prices, constant updates, no chasing was needed. I had Ashleigh as my personal contact and she was excellent! She supported me through this whole transaction by always being on the end of the phone or email if I had any questions and she kept me up to date with each step of the process making sure I understood everything. Amelia really turned our experience around for us. We were updated tremendously, even when sometimes there wasn’t anything to do, she’d still call to catch up and make sure we were happy. It was a stressful ending but she really worked hard to keep everyone happy and is just so lovely to talk to. The website is easy to use and keep tabs on and just made the whole process a lot easier. This has been the most ineffective service I've encountered! Fortunately, we haven't incurred any costs for their involvement in our purchasing process; otherwise, I would demand a refund. Our case was handed off from one representative to another, but nothing improved, and the process actually slowed down. I had to reach out weekly for updates, only to discover that their contribution to the case was minimal. I found that contacting the solicitors directly was far more helpful and informative. To summarize: - Last update: 22 Dec 2025 - contracts exchanged - Today, 11th Jan 2026 - three days after moving into the purchased flat, the case is still only 83% complete. Please mark it as CASE CLOSED now! Thanks for nothing!
