You had the tools that I wanted and they were at a reasonable price. I also appreciated the 10% discount. I do think the shipping cost was a bit high, but shipping is sometimes more than what you have purchased. All in all, I would order from this company again and will keep you in mind the next time I need some tools.
I received a stud extractor set. I tried the 6mm one, and the jaws did not grip the stud. I tried the 8mm one, same result. These tools just don’t work, period.I sent an email politely requesting assistance, and received no reply. I waited a few days, and sent another email, still no reply. Complete waste of money, and TERRIBLE customer service.
