I have no problem with the product, which was as described. However, I was charged over £15 for postage, which was more than the product cost. To be clear, I live on the UK mainland but have an IV postcode, and apparently that’s what the postage cost was based on. All my queries were dismissed by referring me to their terms and conditions. I feel that the entire north of mainland Scotland is being dismissed and disadvantaged. Very disappointed, and financially not viable for me.
