I’ve had to manually forward tens of order confirmations because their tracking system repeatedly fails. Despite doing everything correctly, cashback simply doesn’t track.
When I finally spoke to customer service, the agent claimed they had not received any of the emails. I was literally looking at my sent folder while on the phone. Instead of helping, she implied I was lying and refused to acknowledge that their system might be failing.
I even sent an email while on the call, and she responded with:
“I’m sorry you’re under the impression emails are instant — they take 24 hours.”
That is simply not true.
I went through 30+ emails, resent them all, and still received no reply. I’ve been chasing cashback for months, and the total owed is now in the hundreds of pounds.
At this point, the time wasted isn’t worth it. The customer service is unhelpful, dismissive, and offers no resolution. I will continue reporting this on Trustpilot until the cashback I’m owed is finally paid.
