Complete savings works well mostly. Some partner companies don’t keep up their end of the bargain. YouGarden always approves then recalls the 10 % cash back. QVC have started doing that too. This is annoying as it puts cash back account in debit and pushes ultimate price back up. On the whole though Complete Savings is very good 👍🏻.
So easy to use. If you’re looking for almost any kinds of shopping you can find a retailer on Complete Savings.
In the past I didn’t use the service enough, but now I make use of it with most online purchases.
The customer service was AMAZING. Connected immediately, explained and gave me options to cancel the subscription as I wasn't aware of it. But the call person who helped me was fantastic, I wish all customer services were as useful. She deserves much wealth.
I got conned into signing up to this shower in December, I was trying to find out where an item I ordered from livingsocial was, and when I was going to receive it. I was directed to complete savings where I had to sign up to get information not knowing I was being tricked into subscribing, all I got was the information I had bought a voucher and the voucher has expired. I got "credit" from wowcher, so I purchased the item again thinking I would get my credit taken off the cost of the item, no such luck. So I paid 14.99 euro and 18.98 euro for an item that should have cost 14.99, then a month later another 18.00 euro was taken from my bank account, this is the first time I found out I had subscribed to these gangsters. I contacted my bank and the best they could do was block any future payments, I'm out of pocket for 52 euros to 3 companies who say they are nothing to do with each other, yet all 3 were involved in the purchase I made and all 3 got their share of my money. Oh and the item arrived damaged, wowcher sent me an email 5 days ago saying they had contacted the seller to resolve this issue and I would hear from them in 72 hours. As far as I can see they are all scammers.
Terrible complete scam they said i will get 21 pound back from my train ticket then tried to charge me 18 pound absolute scam not able to cancel either had to change my bank details stay away!!!
I was misled into signing up, thinking I was getting cash-back for a train ticket I bought, but it turned out to be a membership I never wanted. I canceled when I realized it was a paid membership, but now I have to cancel again because it didn't process correctly last month! I've ended up paying for two months for something I had no intention of using—a paid membership for a service I will never utilize! In summary, I feel cheated, scammed, and I want a refund.
This service appears to be a scam. I provided my details while booking a movie ticket, as it popped up during the process. At no time was it indicated that I would be charged a subscription fee. A week later, my bank account was debited £18, and only then did I realize that they were running a scam.
