I’ll be brief. You sent the wrong size. Your customer service is automated though e-mail only. Your company charged me a second charge on the same invoice and sent me nothing. E-mail said it was my responsibility to return the merchandise. When I attempted to return the product the post office said since it was going to Canada that there would be customs charges and paperwork to send, and the cost would exceed the first amount you sent me. I have decided to keep the product due to the return cost. I am disputing the second charge with the bank. I don’t know why you charged a second charge on the same order and sent nothing.
