These socks are sent out from China not the UK. They took 23 days to arrive .
The sizing for the foot is far too big .
They come in plain cellophane with no information on them .
I wouldn't say they are very good as the cheap pair of socks I got from a high street store fit much better and give better compression .
Most annoyed about the time they took to arrive and that the company is not open by stating that the socks come from China and takes ages to arrive .
I’ll be brief. You sent the wrong size. Your customer service is automated though e-mail only. Your company charged me a second charge on the same invoice and sent me nothing. E-mail said it was my responsibility to return the merchandise. When I attempted to return the product the post office said since it was going to Canada that there would be customs charges and paperwork to send, and the cost would exceed the first amount you sent me. I have decided to keep the product due to the return cost. I am disputing the second charge with the bank. I don’t know why you charged a second charge on the same order and sent nothing.
Well being a type 2 diabetes and having three surgery two hip replacement and one knee replacement and having compression socking to keep blood clot from forming and keep the swelling down because of my health condition I will be using compression socks daily so when I found compression socks world I was amazed with the many different styles they have plus the many different colors and designs they have that really was impressive when I got my first order I love the way they were made and fits that I order another set of them with different colors and designs so I don't run and I told my niece about them I sent her the website once she send me her calf size I will be placing another order for my niece plus telling my family and friends and coworkers about these compression socks and how they are excellent and the price is very reasonable and well worth what you pay for them I wear them daily and they help control swelling and preventing blood clot in my legs excellent and I love these socks.
Smart, Attractive and Comfortable socks. They have the right compression to keep my lower legs healthy, and even cured a minor medical issue that I had, and doctor approved it's usage. They have been a blessing and a gift!
I have ordered these socks four times.im 80 years old and was getting some minor blood pooling above the ankles and these socks completely resolved the issue overnight. Not only that,
they protect my legs from scrapes and are very comfortable even in hot weather. The company is very helpful and honest . The sox on the first order were to loose and I called them and they immediately sent me replacements a size smaller and I didn't have to return the originals. For a nice snug fit I recommend a size smaller than what the chart says .these socks are the best.
They dont fit me and I want to return them but your company has no easy way to do this .they list a phone # but the just say write an email,,,I wrote 3 ..Others companies have sent me a return label for shipment ...can you do that so i can get my money returned to my PayPal? wrote 3 emails and no responce ,

Ordered the 5XL socks because I have very large muscular calves. The company sent an email to make sure this was correct, and gave an opportunity to correct if necessary. Have received the socks and am happy with them. Will be buying some more.
The socks are great but last time I ordered 4 pairs I was charged $49.50 and a few days later I was charged $39.00. I complained about this and the charge was reversed. This time I ordered 6 pairs and was charged $67.50 and today again $39.00. Please rectify this added charge. Sharon Coval
I've not tried these socks before, bout after a few days wearing them, I can say that I've noticed a distinct difference. I have a form of neuropathy which gives a numbness and tight feeling lin my calves, ankles and feet. I've certainly found quite a relief from the socks and recommend them strongly.
When ordering there is a big bold pre-checked offer for a FREE Leg & Foot Recovery Guide and then in tiny tiny print a little note that "continued access is billed at $39/mo." I did not subscribe or request continued access, but was charged for it. Further I did not get the discount on the socks that was offered even though when I called I was told by phone that I would get it. They did promptly issue a $39 credit for the surreptitious & unwanted/unaware of subscription, but not for the discount.
