ComputerSalg sent me a different (cheaper) monitor than I ordered as they had labelled the product incorrectly on the box. When I finally got hold of them, the mistake was identified and they sent me a new product. That would have been acceptable - if it hadn't been for them sending the same incorrect product AGAIN. Furthermore, this one had already been opened and returned by another customer probably for the same reason. What incompetence and lack of a quality system.
