This might not be entirely fair, as I'm assessing the overall purchase process rather than the company itself. Unfortunately, shipping companies are failing again. I've been waiting two weeks for my order with no updates. Kudos for the friendly customer service, but having support available for only two hours a day is quite inadequate.
