Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with my experience.Customer service responds very slowly, and the communication has been ineffective. I have contacted them multiple times, but my issue is still not resolved, and I’m not receiving any clear answers or concrete solutions.It shouldn’t be this difficult to get help with a relatively simple request. As a customer, I expect faster responses and a more professional handling of problems.I hope the company improves their customer service in the future.
