Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with my experience.
Customer service responds very slowly, and the communication has been ineffective. I have contacted them multiple times, but my issue is still not resolved, and I’m not receiving any clear answers or concrete solutions.
It shouldn’t be this difficult to get help with a relatively simple request. As a customer, I expect faster responses and a more professional handling of problems.
I hope the company improves their customer service in the future.

Ordered a LG soundbar system. After 27 days of waiting, ComputerSalg.se abruptly terminated the order with neither a delivery nor any compensation. First I had to wait and secondly now the prices of the same item everywhere are much higher than they were in January. NEVER EVER again from ComputerSalg and advice the same to everyone. A company of ZERO reliability.
They mishandled communication with Bring, and my package couldn't be delivered. Ultimately, I had to wait for Bring to initiate the package return before they could send a replacement item.Never encountered similar problems with other computer web shops. ComputerSalg should implement quality controls regarding their delivery partners (e.g., regularly test-mail items to themselves to confirm the service actually works). Ultimately, I am your customer, and you are responsible for the end-to-end service I receive, including any parts delivered by your sub-suppliers (in this case, Bring).
Update:They sent me a replacement item. Although the process took some time, I understand that these things happen and appreciate their effort to resolve the issue.The delivery was fast, but I received a damaged item. I contacted customer support once I received the package that was two days ago and still haven’t received a response. I’m really disappointed.
To bad i can't give less than 1 star. This company and there associate CDON Is the worst ever. I ordered on Cdon webpage. But the product was gonna be sent from this company, strange to say the least. And I was counting on that the estimated delivery date was that when I purchased the product on the webpage. If it had said up to 3 weeks I would offcourse never ordered from them. Here in lies the main problem that they say 1 estimated delivery time and you purchase the product. But it is false markerting. It should be illegal I ordered a perfume 15th of December. Estimated arrival was 22-23 Dec. I thought okey then I have a couple of days to spare so I ordered and payed. Everything good, or so I thought. I got an email a couple of days later saying that new estimated arrival was gonna be on 27th of December. And they are blaming each other. So after much writing and waiting I got my package on 8th of January. It was supposed to be Christmas gift. I thought at the latest 25th maybe if I where unlucky.I have asked for an compensation. Didn't get an answer, they wrote about something else. The whole thing is so bad handled its hard to believe that it is a Scandinavian company. I will never order anything from either of them. And I will ask my friend that's big on social media to make a video about them. Maybe then they will answer and give me a rightful compensation for al problems and time I have spent on this bullshit.
