I ordered a Samsung tablet before Christmas and when it arrived the seal was broken. I immediately wrote to Computersalg's customer service because I had ordered a tablet as new, not as used, and I did not want to risk giving my wife a defect product for Christmas. Due to Christmas being a few days away I needed as fast answer and they claim to answer within 24 hours. They did not. I decided to go with the Christmas present I had in the hope that there would be no problems with the product. Luckily the tablet seemed OK. After 2 weeks Computersalg did finally answer my complaint and offered a price reduction of 1000 SEK which I accepted.The 1 star I give them is because they did finally act to try to remedy the situation by offering a price reduction.The 4 stars they do not get is because:- Delivering an opened tablet with a broken seal is unacceptable when it is sold as new. This is not the product I ordered or paid for.- They failed to respond and resolve the problem in the promised 24 hours period or in any reasonable time.- Making these errors in the last week before Christmas shows a completely unserious customer service.- Their reply to my complaint indicates that they generally can give no garantee that products will arrive in the promised state.All in all, a quite unacceptable customer experience. Will not buy from them again.
