I have made two recent share sales and sent in share certificates. On neither occasion were Balance Certificates issued and I had to chase and chase. The sales were on 6 August and I have just received one by 14 October but the other is nowhere to be seen despite further calls and messages. It's such a basic it is hard to understand how it can be so bad and frustrating
