Dreadful service. After 3 emails and no reply a telephone call - at last some communication. Fill in necessary details - post and wait and wait. New letter - contains exactly the same forms to complete again. Another telephone call. Handler was hopeless - even wanted to know if Wales (where I live) was in the UK. Complaint about poor service. Fees will be waived. Another form to compete. Returned with covering letter. Eventually a reply - wanting cheque for fee. Another telephone call and 30 minute wait. How to pay if no cheque account was available? Special permission needed to pay by bank transfer, which was sent by email. Payment made, forms completed - how long to wait for cheque to be issued? All of this on behalf of my son's family - who died 15 months ago. Company uses a system that is not at all user friendly, language full of unclear terminology, and appear to use delaying tactics to mange other people's affairs. Why do customers need to wait at least 5 days for an answer to an email?
