Absolutely awful - My account was locked saying the password was wrong I had to wait two weeks for a reset key by post from US to Switzerland and when I entered it it said it had expired, no way to do this over phone or email. Did the same again and this worked but then I used the same old passwords that they said was wrong and it told me the password had already been used, now I need to wait another 4-6 weeks for an authorisation code before I can access again. THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A FINANCIAL COMPANY - STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE - Close to intentional fraud to stop you trading.
