Frustrating Experience with Customer Support

I submitted a power of attorney and stock transfer request over two months ago. Nearly every interaction, except for one, was with discourteous and unhelpful staff. I had to reach out to the actual company for assistance. The customer service from this platform is quite poor; I'd recommend steering clear.

Frustrating experience with stock sale process.

I have been attempting to sell stock for five months as the Executor of an estate. Each time I submit the required paperwork according to the given instructions, it gets rejected with requests for additional or different information. Every phone call provides conflicting details about the procedures, timeframes, and processes. This has been a deeply disappointing experience with a clearly unethical service.

Caution: Potential Scammers

Exercise caution: I transferred some shares to the service for direct registration. Since then, I have completely lost control of my shares because I have been unable to log into my account for over four years, despite numerous attempts and frustrating phone calls where they extracted all my personal information, which could lead to identity theft, only to deny me access. Even after providing all my details and them confirming possession of my shares, they still refuse me access. Their website is non-functional, and once I receive my account number (which they claim was mailed to me), I plan to transfer these shares to another brokerage. This service is incredibly disappointing. I strongly advise against moving your shares here. They also attempt to sell your shares by labeling them as abandoned property, claiming inactivity for a year. How can I be inactive when they won't allow me to log in? I am thoroughly appalled and will be lodging a complaint with the regulatory authorities.

Frustratingly Slow and Confusing Process

The customer service experience has been absolutely awful. The chat service is automated and unhelpful. I've been trying to sell my shares for two months now, but after sending multiple forms and speaking with various representatives, it feels like a farce. I receive conflicting information from different people, and no one seems to know how to help. I will never invest with this company again. This has been a dreadful experience.

Potentially Fraudulent Practices!

Even after verifying my identity and confirming they hold my shares, they still refuse to grant access. Their website is non-functional, and once I receive my account number, I plan to transfer my shares elsewhere. This company is incredibly disappointing. Avoid moving your shares here. They even attempt to sell your shares, claiming they are 'abandoned' since I can't log in. I'm utterly appalled and will be filing complaints with regulatory authorities.

The most challenging part was securing a Medallion Signature. However, I submitted all documents and, within two weeks, received reissued shares and completed the transfer. Website Issues Preventing Login

Their website failed to recognize my previously registered email. After being told that an email was sent, I spoke with a representative who insisted I was blocking it, which wasn't the case. Eventually, I logged in with a different email only once, accessed previous tax documents, but was locked out again the next day. Is there someone incompetent managing this company?
