Yesterday, I placed an order for a GPU on this site using a friend's credit card (he was beside me). We confirmed the order on his phone and received an email stating the delivery address can't differ from the billing address. We live in the same village. I contacted them and replied to their email, offering to provide proof, but got a generic automated response. I attempted to call three times over two days, waiting 30 minutes each time without reaching a person. My friend contacted the bank, and we sent another email. Only then did they cancel the order and issue a refund. 1/5. Terrible customer support and experience. Avoid this shop.
