I recently ordered a laptop and after 11 days, I still haven't received any update on my tracking number. I sent an email requesting it, but received no response. I also tried calling, but there was no answer. I strongly advise against using this service; the slight difference in price is not worth the hassle. Just imagine having an issue with a broken or missing part and how they would handle it. I plan to request a chargeback from my bank.

I contacted them and replied to their email, offering to provide proof, but got a generic automated response. I ordered on 02.12.2025 and had it by 10.12.2025. Everything went smoothly with DHL, but they didn’t print the full address on the package, just my ZIP code and city. It was still significantly cheaper than anything locally, even with shipping included. They are not a scam, but their communication regarding inventory and order updates needs improvement. I wanted to share my positive experience since many reviews focus on negatives. I would definitely order again now that I'm familiar with the platform.
Remarkably poor experience. A network device with a lifetime warranty needed to be RMAed, and it took me two months to reach the point where they were supposed to send me a refund. But nothing has happened since. Avoid purchasing anything here that may require support.
