This website seems like a complete scam. I placed an order for a robot vacuum on 26.11.2025 and have received no updates since. The item was marked as out of stock but expected within a few days. I have tried to reach them multiple times via email and phone with no response. The order was fully paid, and I also attempted to contact the merchant through the payment platform, but again, no reply.
