1 star – Avoid this shop!
Ordered computer parts on July 14, 2024 (Order #2600155994, total ~€1420), including 32GB G.Skill Flare X5 DDR5-6000 RAM (€114.95). Delivery to Latvia.
One parcel arrived damaged ~20-25 July 2024, RAM missing (slipped out through tears in packaging – photos sent). Reported immediately on July 29, 2024 with photos, called support (+49 6172 39170) – they explained how to claim and assured processing.
After that – complete silence for over 1.5 years (August 2024 – January 2026). Called multiple times – no answer.
February 9, 2026 emailed again in the same thread. Only on February 24, 2026 Volker Schmidt-Moritz replied: "cannot find previous emails" (only internal note from 29.07.2024 exists), asked to resend photos, offered only original €114.95 refund.
But all correspondence was in one continuous thread – I always replied in the same email chain, including previous messages. Their "no emails found" is just an excuse for ignoring.
Resent photos, explained the ignore period (waited after their instructions, called – no answer), proposed compromise: replacement with equivalent RAM shipped to EU address (Germany/Poland, I provide address & cover extra shipping), or compensation at current price (~€400-500 now) + goodwill for delay.
After my responses – ignoring resumed again. No replies.
They constantly drop customers: long silence after report/calls, short reply with "no emails found" excuse, silence again. Due to their delay, carrier claim expired, and now I can't replace the part at reasonable cost.
Worst support experience ever. Avoid computeruniverse.net if you value your money and time.
