Edit: 1/12/2026 I received an email requesting that I wait an additional three business days, but all I need is a return label and my refund. It seems like they are prolonging the process to let the 30-day return window expire. I can't find a return option on the website, so I'm left with no choice. I've even reached out to my credit card company. The quality of the items is poor. The images are misleading; what appears to be a sweater is just a print on low-quality polyester. The sizing is off as well; the sleeves on the XL are so short they seem designed for a T-Rex. I'm extremely disappointed. As for a refund? Good luck! I requested a return label, but all I get back are requests for pictures. This issue remains unresolved. I do not recommend this service. I placed my order on 12/12/2025, and the package arrived on 1/8/2026.
