Do not waste your money on these nasty clothes. They are so horrible and nothing like the pictured clothing. The fabric is some science project gone horribly wrong. The reviews stating they like the clothing are all lies. It's people who work there making fake reviews. I lost almost $100 on the garbage I received and it went straight to the trash. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL HATE THE CLOTHES AS MUCH AS I DO. Don't even say you use quality products because you don't. You use industrial waste for fabric. The worst quality of fabric known to man. Your clothes are crap. Toxic waste. Not wearable by any means. You use AI photos to post beautiful clothing only to get the nasty garbage you send. Not worth 10¢. You owe me about $100. Unless you return my money we have zero to talk about.

I purchased 3 100% linen tops in size small. I received 3 tops none of which had a size or material tag on them. Two of the three shirts were waaaaay too big. None of them were 100% line. So I told them I want to return the tops for a refund. They won't give it to me. I sent them pictures of what clearly is a mistake on their part. They REFUSE to sent me a prepaid label or a full refund. They stole my money and they will steal yours. It doesn't make a difference whose mistake it is. The customer will end up paying. Don't tell me I didn't warn you.

Terrible Experience with Order

I ordered some items, including a sweater, before Christmas. The item description clearly stated it was an embroidered hooded sweater, but what I received was a low-quality button-up hoodie that looked nothing like what I expected. There was no fine print indicating a different product would be sent, and now the website has removed all listings and images—Error 404. It feels like a scam with deceptive sales practices. They even suggested I should pay to return the item, which is absurd since my credit card company advised me to dispute the charge for a full refund without any issues. I reached out via email, as that seemed to be the only way to contact customer service, including my order number and photos of what I thought I was buying versus what I received. It's not just about the money; I'm frustrated because these were supposed to be gifts, and thankfully they arrived late so I didn't wrap these poor-quality items. After seeing all the negative reviews, I'm not optimistic about a quick resolution. I informed them in my email that I expect a response within 24 hours, or my credit card company will handle it, which will cost them more.

I found exactly what I needed right away. I was looking for a maxi-dress made from cat-themed fabric and was presented with several options, one of which was perfect for my needs. The checkout process was smooth and hassle-free. I received a receipt quickly, and even though this is my first order, I expect to be very pleased. I noticed many items I would love to add to my wardrobe, so I plan to shop again.

Frustrating Experience with Returns

Edit: 1/12/2026 I received an email requesting that I wait an additional three business days, but all I need is a return label and my refund. It seems like they are prolonging the process to let the 30-day return window expire. I can't find a return option on the website, so I'm left with no choice. I've even reached out to my credit card company. The quality of the items is poor. The images are misleading; what appears to be a sweater is just a print on low-quality polyester. The sizing is off as well; the sleeves on the XL are so short they seem designed for a T-Rex. I'm extremely disappointed. As for a refund? Good luck! I requested a return label, but all I get back are requests for pictures. This issue remains unresolved. I do not recommend this service. I placed my order on 12/12/2025, and the package arrived on 1/8/2026.

This seller is a complete scam and deserves no recognition. When will our representatives take action to remove this seller from the Internet? It's crucial for more people to report this issue to ensure they are held accountable! PLEASE, REPORT THEM TO THE RELEVANT COMMITTEE.
They only offer counterfeit cotton and linen products and refuse to accept returns. I was never permitted to return their poorly made items.

Regret Not Checking Reviews First

I really regret not looking at the reviews before making my purchase, and I usually do, but everything seemed so adorable. Unfortunately, this is the worst quality I've ever received. The only decent item was the hat, which was a free gift. AVOID SPENDING MONEY HERE; it feels like they are mocking all the buyers. I'm honestly throwing everything away. The material is cheap polyester that isn't even suitable for pajamas; no one would want any of it. The items look nothing like the pictures—absolutely terrible.

Fraudulent practices! The website's advertising appears to be generated by AI. The products do not match what was advertised. The support team is unhelpful and does not adhere to their own return policy. Despite numerous emails requesting the return address, I never received a response. I've discovered that others have reported similar issues to consumer protection agencies. Avoid giving them your hard-earned money!
