AVOID THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews before buying a dress from this service. The dress I received was nothing like what was shown on the website. The fabric is incredibly cheap and completely transparent, with multiple strings hanging from the seams. I read their return policy, which seemed reasonable, but when I contacted them to return the item, I received a quick response stating that returns are costly and time-consuming, and they suggested I keep the item instead. I was shocked and have sent two more emails without any reply. I’m considering disputing the charge with my credit card provider since they won’t respond. This service is definitely a scam.
