Cancelled my pick up from my Hotel Brisbane city center to BSE airport, because they wanted to pick me up in the middle of the night, five hours too early for my flight. When cancelled they said refund will take two weeks, now five weeks later still no refund!A shame this company! Airports should cancel contracts with them, thieves!
