At 10:40am, I was informed that the bus had already left — without any effort to locate or notify me. When I contacted the support team to address their error, the representative was unhelpful and hung up on me instead of assisting with a rebooking. When a bus finally arrived later, the driver did not announce the destination or call for passengers. I managed to board only because I approached him directly. Otherwise, I would have been left behind again. This service lacks proper procedures, communication, and professionalism. An airport transfer operator that fails to identify or notify its own passengers deserves a one-star rating. Steer clear.
