They state 3-5 business day shipping, I requested an update on when my package would be shipped on day 7 with the answer being I would get one "shortly".I cancelled my order on day 10 as it still showed as being processed and not yet shipped. AI chatbot customer service emails as well. Awful.EDIT: The company’s response that I didn’t sent them the information they requested is untrue. I provided their very obvious AI chatbot an order number, email, and address as requested. It responded that I would get an update over the weekend. Which never happened.
