Package took long to get to the Netherlands, so clearly a dropshipping website. After it stated it was delivered but I did not received it I reached out to Concept Global. The only thing answer I get was clearly AI generated and told me to reach out to the carrier, of course with no succes. Now I paid too much for a dropshipping item I did not even receive. AliExpress has better customer service.TL;DR- Paid too much money to Concept Global to dropship an item to me- Did not receive it and customer support is an AI bot- If you want a product they offer, buy it from AliExpress yourself to save money and have better supportUpdate: after some back and forth with Concept Global and the Courier I have received a refund from Concept Global. Hence, updated to 2 stars.
