It’s hard to navigate the website and customer support doesn’t answer you. I can find no information about my subscription that I signed up for and it was not clear you signed up for 6 months when I started. TO BE CLEAR, I have no problem signing up that long (since I signed the documents) but I want to delay shipments as I am not consuming as fast as they are sending and they just straight up ignore you.
