Utterly disappointing experience. During my initial booking, the representative assured me they were contacting the local nurse to check her availability for an urgent infusion that evening. I was informed she could come between six and seven P.M. After completing a questionnaire, I received an email stating the earliest appointment was on Friday. When I called back, the care coordinator revealed the nurse had no availability that day, contradicting the earlier assurance. They were quick to take my payment, but now I'm left waiting for my refund confirmation. After another call, I finally received it. Additionally, I was quoted $999.00 by a representative, but the receipt showed a charge of $1,299, a significant discrepancy. The coordinator I spoke with regarding my refund had poor communication skills, which added to my frustration. I strongly advise against using this service. Their level of incompetence is truly astonishing.
