I ordered testing chips, expecting timely delivery as stated on the website (2-4 days). Instead, my order remained in "Processing" for a week with no updates. I reached out to inquire about the delay and found out the chips were backordered, with no guarantee on shipping. It would have been helpful to know about the backorder when I placed the order.
