I was flying to Panama from Frankfurt, and I didn't notice that there is was a layover at Santa Domingo at Republic Dominican. That was my first time flying using Condor. In the ticket or boarding pass, there is no information about the transit. Maybe they have at the boarding gate, but no one would care if this is the first time for someone who is not aware of Latin America airports. Perhaps they have announced it on-board, but passenger probably sleeps including me — no signage at Santa Domingo disembarkation. Eventually, a few German tourists together with me have to buy a new ticket to Panama. Until now, no email reply to this complaint. I hope other passengers could learn something from this review.
