I am writing this to warn the entire trading community about Confirmo. I sent $126.185 USDT to a wallet generated by their gateway for a MyFundedFutures purchase on January 12, 2026. Due to a network selection error, the funds were sent via the opBNB network instead of BSC.
Even though Confirmo owns the private keys to this wallet (as it is the same address on both EVM chains), they have refused to spend 2 minutes to manually recover my funds for over 70 days. I have provided clear proof from the merchant (MyFundedFutures) that the money is held by Confirmo, yet their support agents (Gabriel and Nicholas) hide behind "system limitations."
This is not a technical impossibility; it is a choice to withhold customer property. They have now effectively closed my ticket and refused to provide further updates while my money sits in THEIR wallet. If you value your funds and professional accountability, stay away from this provider.
