The service blocked a valid B2B crypto payment between two fully registered companies and failed to provide any meaningful human support to address the issue. Instead of conducting a proper compliance review, they repeatedly sent automated emails and refused to elevate the matter to a human compliance officer. I offered to supply company registration documents, director identification, proof of wallet ownership, contracts, invoices, and any other compliance information they needed, but all of this was disregarded. They provided no clear timeline for a refund and left the funds in an unresolved state until they were eventually returned. A legitimate financial institution does not simply return funds without first seeking clarification and documentation. They engage with customers to address compliance concerns, whereas this service opted to issue a refund without any verification or communication. This was not a case of fraud or an illegal transaction; it was a failure in the compliance process on their part that caused harm to an ongoing client relationship and introduced unnecessary commercial and reputational risks.
The service was excellent at first, but now it's quite frustrating. I made a payment, but nothing occurred. I provided my information as requested, yet they mentioned a refund would take 8 hours. After reaching out to the support team, they did process the refund after 12 hours.
