The customer service is atrocious; they never answer calls or put you on hold indefinitely. DO NOT ORDER anything that requires waiting. I had a nightmare with a television delivery that took endless calls. Now I'm dealing with the same issue for a vacuum cleaner I bought during a sale. It was supposed to arrive within a week, but it feels like years, and they just keep postponing. It's incredibly frustrating, especially for something needed daily. Please save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. This has been an awful experience; if I could, I would give them negative stars.
