Unresponsive and Endless Delays

They rarely answer calls, and when they do, you get put on hold forever. DO NOT ORDER anything that requires waiting. I had an issue with a television that led to numerous calls for delivery. Now, I’m facing the same problem with a vacuum cleaner I bought during a sale. It was supposed to arrive within a week, and it feels like an eternity with no updates. They just keep delaying. It's maddening, especially for something needed daily. Please save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. This has been a dreadful experience.

Significant Delivery Delay

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The customer service is atrocious; they never answer calls or put you on hold indefinitely. DO NOT ORDER anything that requires waiting. I had a nightmare with a television delivery that took endless calls. Now I'm dealing with the same issue for a vacuum cleaner I bought during a sale. It was supposed to arrive within a week, but it feels like years, and they just keep postponing. It's incredibly frustrating, especially for something needed daily. Terrible Online and Customer Service

In June, I ordered a wardrobe online, and it still hasn't arrived. I would not even want to give 1 star if I had a choice. When I contacted a nearby store, they redirected me to another number that also didn’t work. The entire process has been frustrating and inefficient. I've never experienced such poor online shopping before.

Engineering Flaw

I purchased a wardrobe that turned out to be poorly designed. No matter how closely I followed the instructions, it ended up crooked. The doors won’t close properly, and it creaks like an old floor. This was my first and last purchase with this company. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this brand!

Poor Support and Service

I had a disappointing experience with this service. The delivery was slow, and when I received my sofa, the filling was inadequate. I requested a fix, but they claimed it would take months to contact the manufacturer. In the end, they couldn’t help, and I had to resolve it myself. Rude Delivery Personnel

The delivery team was very rude when bringing my TV stand and coffee table. They refused to remove their dirty shoes while walking on my carpets, despite my polite requests. This behavior is unacceptable, especially since they were supposed to assemble the furniture in my home.
