I will be fair, Had positive experience with all my in-shop purchases in Schafesheim, alchenfluh and even Solothurn. Top class service. And I even still buy there. However, the one star is for my terrible online purchase…don’t try as you will have no one to cry to.. I ordered online for the first time, a refurbished IPad from conforama.ch. Ordered two but kept one and returned the second as its charger was damaged and the screen was full of scratches….the online purchase was from their shop in schlieren. I have talked to a customer service advisor Morais Norberto many times and he has not been helpful even when I request for his superior-a Mr. farihna , he doesn’t allow access. The refurnished iPad was sent to me with a revendo packaging..which I returned it with. However, this Mr. Morais expects me to have somehow looked for an original iPad packaging to return the iPad with….because their AGB says returns should be in original packaging and unopened. I wonder how to know if the product purchased is what I needed without opening the box….been on the phone 4 times, since December, they say they do not have other ipad to replace and also will not re-fund. Basically they are forcing me to take the returned Ipad….Now I will have to engage a lawyer….
